I LIVE IN AMERICA. WILL GAMES FROM THE UK WORK ON MY PS1 OR PS2 CONSOLE?
No. Consoles are region locked which means American consoles use a different encoding system to the UK. American consoles use NTSC and the UK use PAL.
I LIVE IN AMERICA. WILL GAMES FROM THE UK WORK ON MY PS3 OR PS4 CONSOLE?
Yes. PS3 & PS4 consoles are region free which means they are compatible with any game from anywhere around the world.
I AM A COLLECTOR. CAN YOU SHIP MY GAME IN A BOX?
Yes. You must contact us immediately after you pay for your order to request this service (an additional charge may be applicable). Otherwise all games, controllers and other small accessories are despatched in bubble envelopes as standard.
HAS THE DLC VOUCHER CODE BEEN USED?
Unless the game is sealed in cellophane, then please assume the code has been used. That way if you receive the game and the code has not been redeemed, its a bonus!!
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes. We ship items all around the world. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will provide a postage quote for you.
Please note that there are currently restrictions in place for shipments to Russia for items items over 2KG. We are only able to ship to business addresses in Russia for items over this weight limit.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHERE IS IT?
If you have not received your order within the timescales set out below, please contact us so we can make enquiries for you. We will always do our best to help you in anyway we can. All our products are shipped in distinguishable packaging which in most cases makes items easier to track down. If you have paid for a delivery service with tracking you should be able to track the progress through your ebay.

Allow 14 days as a delivery estimate usually delivered within this estimate , Spain Italy Greece, Portugal can all take longer to be delivered.
Deliveries To The Rest Of The World
Allow 30 days for a delivery estimate delivery speeds can vary due to location or country some will arrive well within the estimate.
WILL YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS?
Yes. Postage is automatically calculated based on the weight of the item/s. The heavier the order the cheaper the postage charge.
CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM IN PERSON?
Yes. Collection is welcome from the Salisbury Plain area in Wiltshire.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes as long as the order has not been shipped you can contact us and we will cancel your order for you.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. As long as you return the item in the same condition as when you received it then we will accept a return. Buyer must pay return shipping on orders where the buyer have simply changed their mind. Products that are sealed must be returned with seals intact. We are unable to accept returns once seals have been opened.
MY ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?
Yes. If in the unlikely event you feel the item you receive is not as per the product listing then we will accept a return. You have 30 days to return an item.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As long as you selected a delivery option with tracking at the payment checkout stage we will upload tracking information to enable you to track your order with the appropriate courier.
