Below is a guide to delivery timeframes. Please note this is a GUIDE ONLY. We try our very best to ship your items promptly but can not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages once your items have been passed to the couriers for delivery. If in the unlikely event a problem arises please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please do not leave detrimental feedback or ratings for us without first attempting to contact us allowing us the opportunity to resolve.
 
Despatch Time
 
We aim to send your item within 24 hours where possible and in some cases the same day payment is received. Please allow 48 hours to elapse before contacting us to enquire when your item will be despatched.
 
Ratings For ‘Despatch Time’
 
We ship all items promptly. However if for some reason your item is delayed, please do not leave us bad feedback or ratings for ‘despatch time’. We have no control over the time your item takes to arrive once we have despatched it. We take pride in our customer service and hope that you see fit to offer us a 5* rating!!

Upgrade To Express UK Delivery

You have the option to upgrade your delivery time by choosing an express delivery option at the checkout stage. Express deliveries include Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items or Parcelforce 24 for larger items such as Video Game Consoles.

My item has not arrived within the maximum delivery time - What should I do?
 
In most cases your item will arrive within the timeframes stated above. However in the unlikely event that your item still has not arrived after this time has elapsed, please get in touch without delay. We will try my very best to track down your item and, where possible we will contact your local delivery office in the hope of speaking to your postman as they are usually very helpful.
